The Sally Challenge

In 2011 Sally McAllister was diagnosed with bowel cancer. After a successful operation a second cancer in the bowel was discovered, which only 3% of people get. Whilst Sally was facing a second major operation to take the cancer out of her bowel it was discovered that the cancer had spread to her liver.

She fought every minute until she sadly passed away on the 27th of December 2012. She loved the first Sally Challenge and the support showed for the cause. This year, like last, the official charity is the Accord Hospice who were an amazing source of strength before Sally passed away. Sally lived life to the full and was an inspiration to her sons. Sally always put other people first. Take on this challenge and put other people first.
